Gallery Hire
Modern Art Oxford is a contemporary and dynamic venue in the heart of the historic city housed in an old brewery building. It provides a distinctive and unique venue for corporate events, launches and private receptions throughout the year. The Gallery presents up to eight exhibitions every year, providing an ever changing and original backdrop for corporate entertaining and private events including receptions, presentations, product launches, breakfast meetings and private views.
The Entrance Space and Café are open, flexible areas that can be designed to accommodate drinks parties, receptions, launches and presentations. Two members of Gallery staff will be available during your event to assist with any venue related enquiries you may have. Technical support and equipment is available at an extra cost although this must be arranged at the time of booking. We are very happy to work with you to tailor the event to your specific needs and requirements.
We can easily accommodate up to 200 people standing and 60 people seated and are happy to provide details of recommended caterers who are familiar with our venue. It is possible to arrange private curator led tours as part of your event, which create a unique experience for your guests; these would be charged at an additional cost.
Gallery spaces are available to hire outside our public opening times of Tues - Sat 10am to 5pm and Sun 12pm to 5pm. Evening events can start from 6pm and the gallery is available to hire all day on Mondays.
Modern Art Oxford's Corporate Partners are entitled to one free gallery hire per year and a 25% discount on future hires.
