Open to everyone, Reading Room draws on philosophy, liiterature and art criticism to encourage lively debate, reflection and writing on contemporary art and exhibition making. This session explores a collection of extracts from novels, science fiction and poetry selected by George Shaw.
Texts include T.S. Eliot’s Four Quartets (1946), Jill (1946) by Philip Larkin, The Day of the Triffids (1951) by John Wyndham and Tess of the d’Urbervilles (1891) by Thomas Hardy.
