Café Carbon is a musical performance written by The Gluts (Gina Birch, Kaffe Matthews and Hayley Newman) originally performed in Copenhagen during the UN Climate Change Conference.

Café Carbon offers a menu of music about food and climate: the audience choose songs and they sing them.
