Cafe and Events Assistant (Bank staff)

We’re looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Café & Events Assistants to join the team at Modern Art Oxford on a bank staff basis. This varied role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the café, preparing and serving food and drinks, assisting with bar and hospitality during events, and helping create a welcoming experience for visitors, artists and staff alike. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, experience working in hospitality or bar settings, and the ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team. Evening and weekend availability is essential.
