Over the summer we will be installing a new state-of-the-art lift at Modern Art Oxford that will offer our visitors greater and easier access to the galleries and the basement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This essential maintenance work began in the summer and is expected to last for a period of approximately 10 – 12 weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We regret that during this time the galleries (including our current exhibition) and the basement (including our disabled toilet) will only be accessible via stairs. The caf\u00e9 and shop will remain fully accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We sincerely apologise for any disappointment or disruption this causes. We want our visitors to have the best possible experience at Modern Art Oxford, and the new lift will significantly improve and enhance the experience of the gallery for disabled visitors in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Work is due to be complete by mid November, but updates on the progress and exact completion date will be published on our website and social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
