Helen Kohl<\/a> is one of three Platform Graduate Award artists showing their work at Modern Art Oxford this year. Her exhibition Untitled <\/em>(Elements of the Intimacene) + Untitled (The Heir of the Sea)<\/em> is currently on display in our Creative Space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this post, get to know Kohl as she introduces us to the themes and inspirations behind her sculptural installations. Kohl describes her practice as a poetic observation of life around her, emphasising tactile and emotional thinking. Here, Kohl redefines the concept of \u2018home\u2019 and explores \u2018belonging\u2019 in its most intimate and profound form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
