On the opening weekend of A Slice through the World: Contemporary Artists’ Drawings, join artist Mirren Kessling for a weekend of life drawing in the Yard at Modern Art Oxford.

All abilities are welcome to join these free workshops, which offer you the chance to slow down and create your own observational drawings of the clothed models.

In 2016, artist Mirren Kessling (b. 1994, London, lives and works in Oxford) was selected to join Modern Art Oxford’s Platform program for graduates after completing her degree at the Ruskin School of Art. A committed draughtsperson, she is currently ‘redrawing the past’ through a series of highly detailed ink drawings.
