Finding Ourselves in Difference

In this talk, Elleke Boehmer explores how we might turn to literature and art to find ways of describing ourselves, and what kinds of art encourage such identification.

Elleke Boehmer is the Professor of World Literature in English, in the English Faculty at the University of Oxford. She is the Director of The Oxford Research in the Humanities (TORCH) and a Governing Body Fellow at Wolfson College.
