Tickets now on sale for Anish Kapoor: Painting
Tickets are now on sale to see an unmissable exhibition of paintings by internationally celebrated artist Anish Kapoor (b. 1954, Mumbai, India – lives and works in London, UK). Curated with the artist, this show explores the paintings that are an integral part of Kapoor’s studio practice. Find out more.
What you need to know
Ticketing – Tickets cost £7.50, with a £5 concessionary price. We have set up 15-minute arrival slots throughout each day. Please book a ticket for each member of your party for an available slot. Please arrive within your allotted time slot. You are then welcome to stay as long as you like, or until the gallery closes.
Concessions – Concession tickets are available for young people aged 12-26 years old, students with a NUS card or equivalent, individuals in receipt of DWP benefits, Art Fund members and disabled and neuro-minority people.
Anyone under 12 can visit the exhibition for free with a paying adult or concession. We also have free tickets for carers and anyone in possession of a registered carers card when visiting with a paying adult or concession. For both, you still need to book a ticket in advance of your visit.
Proof of status must be shown for relevant concessions on arrival at Modern Art Oxford.
Friends, Patrons, Director’s Circle and Commissioning Circle supporters of Modern Art Oxford can get in free! Friends are allowed one free ticket and other supporter levels are allowed two free tickets. You must still book in advance of your visit, so just make sure to head over to our booking pages and click the relevant complimentary ticket type. Our Front of House team will check your ID on the door on arrival.

Large groups and school visits
Modern Art Oxford offers a number of options for groups visiting the gallery, with groups in full-time education getting in free. We ask that you please contact us in advance of your visit so we can ensure we can accommodate you.
