Group Bookings
Modern Art Oxford welcomes large groups to the gallery – whether visiting from a local language school or on a school trip. We have a number of options for large groups of over 10 people, and offer free group bookings to our exhibition on Wednesdays and Thursdays to groups in full time education (anyone coming with a school or university class or course).

Visit with an introduction
Suggested donation £3 per person, max group size 60
Curatorial tour
£75 (+ £15 VAT) per group, max group size 25
Tour and workshop
£150 (+ £30 VAT) per group, max group size 25

Self-led visit
If you wish to come to the gallery with a large group of more than 10 people, we ask that you contact us ahead of your visit so we can ensure we can accommodate you in the gallery. If you are coming with a student group, the maximum number we can accommodate is 60, and these will be split on entry to the gallery into smaller groups of 20.

Visit with an introduction
This 30 minute tour includes a short introduction to the exhibition from a member of our team. We suggest a donation upon entry of £3 per person and a max group size of 60, and these will be split on entry to the gallery into smaller groups of 30. Please contact us ahead of your visit to book a time for your tour.
